How can I clean my Wavetopia flask?

Cup: We encourage you to hand wash your Wavetopia flask using water or warm soapy water.
Lid: You can use water or soapy water to clean your lids. For a more thorough cleaning, use the cleaning brush to access the nooks or smaller spaces.
Straw: The straw could be easy to remove and wash through water.

Can I place my Wavetopia flask in the dishwasher?

Yes, you can place your Wavetopia flask in the dishwasher, but to avoid the risk of fading, we recommend using hand washing your Wavetopia flask.

Can I place my Wavetopia flask in the refrigerator or freezer?

We do not recommend placing your Wavetopia flask in the refrigerator or freezer. If you want your liquid to be cold, we recommend adding a few ice cubes to the bottle. Our double-wall vacuum insulated bottles can keep liquids cold for up to 24 hours.

Can I place my Wavetopia flask in the microwave?

Do not place your Wavetopia flask in the microwave. That could harm the bottle and have some safety risks.

Can I put carbonate beverages in my Wavetopia flask?

Yes, you can put carbonate beverages in your Wavetopia flask, but please clean the bottle after use as soon as possible to avoid damage to your Wavetopia flask.

Which Materials are the Lids and Straws Made from?
Our flip lids in Tumbler are made from Tritan. Our straw lids and spout lids are made from polypropylene (PP). The extra straws we provided are made from polyethene (PE).

Are your products BPA-free?

Yes, all of our products are BPA-free and passed FDA testing.

Shipping & Returns

What is the shipping policy ?

All items in store may take 1 to 3 business days to process. Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Average shipping time is about 5 to 10 working days. Your tracking number will be updated 3-7 days after your order has been shipped.

What is the return policy ?

We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase. Our policy lasts 15 days from arrival date. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or resend.
